Operation Christmas Child

This ministry of Samaritan’s Purse is led by Franklin Graham, son of evangelist Billy Graham. It’s purpose is to provide children around the world with a shoebox filled with age-appropriate gifts and the love of Jesus. Since 1993 over 220 million shoe boxes have been delivered to more than 170 countries. And since 2009, more than 20.3 million children have chosen Jesus to be their Savior. Fortuna Church of the Nazarene is a Drop-Off location for Humboldt County; last year two semi trucks left our church packed with boxes headed around the world.
